What is FDN?

What do I do as a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition®  Practitioner?

As a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition®  Practitioner (FDNP), I take a whole-body approach to wellness. I help clients uncover hidden stressors contributing to how they feel and any chronic symptoms they may be experiencing. Instead of chasing symptoms, I look at all of you and use functional lab tests to identify patterns and imbalances.

Why Work with Me?

  • You’ve been told everything looks “normal,” but you definitely don’t feel your best.
  • You want to understand what’s happening beneath the surface instead of masking individual symptoms.
  • You’re tired of quick fixes and temporary relief.
  • You’re ready to commit to long-term, sustainable health.

My Approach

The medical model is essential for preventative care, screenings, and life-saving treatments. But the system isn’t designed to support us when it comes to building and maintaining health. As an FDNP, I’m here to guide and support you in addressing root causes and building health — not just covering symptoms.

Together, we’ll investigate what’s going on using comprehensive functional lab screenings to gain insights into areas like gut health, hormone health, detoxification, and more. From there, I’ll create a personalized D.R.E.S.S. for Health Success® protocol, focusing on five key pillars:

  • Diet
  • Rest
  • Exercise
  • Stress Management
  • Supplements

Why This Approach Works

By focusing on general healing and addressing the root causes instead of masking symptoms, we support your body in restoring balance. No band-aids — just a holistic, sustainable path to feeling your best.

Is This Right for You?

If you’re struggling with managing your weight, experiencing low energy, digestive issues, or other ‘common but not normal’ symptoms, I’m here to help you uncover the missing pieces.

What’s Next?

Over the coming weeks, I’ll be breaking down each pillar of the D.R.E.S.S. for Health Success® protocol on the blog, sharing insights and actionable tips to help you better understand your body and support your health.
